  3. Choose refund or exchange
  4. Print prepaid label (EU only)
  5. Drop at any post office

• Unworn, unwashed items
• Original tags attached
• No perfume/cosmetic traces

✗ Non-Returnable Items

• Swimwear & lingerie (hygiene reasons)
• Customized/personalized pieces
• Final sale items (clearly marked)

💸 Refund Processing

• Timeline: 3-5 business days after we receive items
• Method: Original payment (5-7 days for bank processing)
• Deductions:

  • Original shipping costs (unless faulty)
  • €3.95 return fee for orders under €25

For size/color changes:
